BaryLaw is a boutique legal practice serving individuals and small businesses throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. Founded in 2012, the practice focuses on addressing the lack of basic planning among modern families of all configurations, including unmarried couples and blended families. The firm is also known for its expertise in name and gender marker change matters and its sponsorship of free legal clinics.

BaryLaw is a member of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association. Bary is also a member of the National LGBTQ+ Bar, its Family Law Institute, and is the immediate past president of the Virginia LGBTQ+ Bar Association(previously named the Virginia Equality Bar Association). BaryLaw is also proud to be a member of the Richmond LGBTQ Chamber, a local affiliate of The National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, as well as Equality Virginia's Equality Means Business initiative.
